Changing the Shape and Color of Upper and Lower Teeth

The patient was unhappy with the shape of her upper and lower teeth, the gaps between them, their color, and the absence of some teeth. We planned and performed a complex treatment: scaling with sandblasting, conservative and endodontic treatment, teeth whitening, and gingivoosteoplasty to achieve harmony in the newly designed smile. We restored the lower teeth with composite material, covered the upper teeth with full-ceramic veneers, and reconstructed the lateral teeth with full-ceramic bridges. We transformed the patient’s smile.
